Pradhan Mantri स्वामीत्व Scheme – स्वामित्व स्कीम क्या है प्रॉपर्टी कार्ड से आपको क्या फायदा होगा जानिये

प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र  मोदी ही ने 24 अप्रैल 2020 लांच की थी  आज इस स्वामित्व स्कीम से  शुरुआत  में  स्कीम का फायदा 6  राज्यों के 763  गावों के लोगों को होगा | 

देश लाखों नागरिको  के सशक्त बनाने और ग्रामीण भारत में बदलाव  के लिए सुधर के क्रम  में पीएम मोदी आज विद्या कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग  के द्वारा  भू सम्पत्ति मालिकों को स्वामित्व  स्कीम के अंतर्गत सम्पत्ति कार्ड वितरित करने की स्कीम शुरू की गई है|   इस स्कीम के अंतर्गत लगभग  एक लाख भू सम्पत्ति मालिक अपना मोबाइल फ़ोन पर ऐसे;एसएमएस  का द्वारा प्राप्त होने  सम्पत्ति कार्ड डाउनलोड करे सकेंगे| इसके बाद संबंधित राज्य सरकारें संपत्ति कार्ड का फिजिकल वितरण करेंगी|

इस योजना के अंतर्गत  6  राज्यों के 763  गावों के लोग लाभान्वित होंगे, जैसे उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य के 346,  महाराष्ट्र के 100, हरियाणा के 221,  मध्यप्रदेश के 44, उत्तराखंड के 50  और कर्णाटक के 2  गाव शामिल होंगे|  महाराष्ट्र राज्य को छोड़कर  बाकी सभी राज्यों के लाभार्थी  एक दिन के अंदर फिजिकल कार्ड प्राप्त करेंगे  जबकि  महाराष्ट्र के भू  स्वामियों  को सम्पत्ति कार्ड मिलने में एक महीने का समय लग सकता है  क्योंकि महाराष्ट्र सरकार संपत्ति कार्ड के लिए सामान्य शुल्क लागू करने का प्रबंध कर रही है|

स्वामित्व स्कीम से भू-सम्पत्ति मालिक अपने संम्पति  को वित्तीय सम्पति के तौर  पर  इस्तेमाल कर सकेंगे| इसका प्रयोग  लोन आदि के आवेदन समेत अन्य आर्थिक लाभ के लिए किया जा सकेगा|  इस स्कीम की शुरुआज करने के मौके पर पीएम नरेंद्र मोदी कुछ लाभार्थियों  से बात भी करेंगे| इस अवसर पर केंद्रीय पंचायती राज मंत्री भी उपस्थित रहे|  इस कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत  आज  दिनांक 11 /10 /2020  सुबह 11 बजे शुरू हुई थी|

पीएम्  स्वमित्वा स्कीम 2020  इस स्कीम के जरिये ड्रोन सर्वे तकनीक की सहायता से गांव  की आबादी वाले क्षेत्रों का सीमांकन किया जावेगा|  इस स्कीम से गावों में जमीन के कानूनी झगड़े कम करने में सहायता मिलेगी| प्रधानमंत्री  मोदी ने आज पहले चरण की शुरुआत की |

प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी ने आज स्वामित्व स्कीम की शुरुआत की है |  ग्रामीण भारत के लिए यह बदलाव लेन वाला  कदम साबित होगा|  केंद्र सरकार  कदम से  4 वर्ष  में करीब 6.62  गावों को लांभ मिलेगा|   स्वामित्व  स्कीम पीएम मोदी द्वारा इस वर्ष 24  अप्रैल को राष्ट्रिय पनहायाव दिवस को लाया गया था | इस स्कीम के तहत ग्रामीण भारत में सम्पत्ति से जुड़े मामलो के वैध समाधान का लक्ष्य  निर्धारित किया गया है|   इस स्कीम के जरिये ड्रोन सर्वे तकनीक की मदद से गावं के आबादी वाले क्षेत्रो का सीमांकन किया जावेगा|   इससे गांवों में जमीन के कानूनी झगड़े कम करने में मदद मिलेगी|

स्वामित्व योजना है क्या 

केंद्र सरकार के पंचायती राज मंत्रालय की और से आरम्भ की गई यह एक विशेष स्कीम है|  इसके बारे में पीएम ने राष्ट्रिय पंचायती राज दिवस 24  अप्रैल 2020  को घोषणा की थी| इस स्कीम का उदेश्य ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में नागरिको को रिकॉर्ड ऑफ राइट्स देने के लिए सम्पत्ति कार्ड का वितरण किया  जाना है| इस स्कीम की क्रियान्वयन  चार साल में चरणबद्ध  तरिके से किया जाना है| इस 2020  से 2024  के बीच पूरा किया जाना है| और देश के  6.62 लाख गांवों को कवर किया जाना है|

How will Swamitva Scheme Work?

1. Under the ownership Scheme, the residential land will be measured through drones.
2. Under the ownership of Yojana, the residential land will be measured through drones
3. The drone will create a digital map of every property within the village limits.
4. The limit of every revenue block will also be fixed.
5. Which house is in which area, it can be accurately measured by drone technology.
6. The state governments will create a property card for every house in the village.

Swamitva Yojana Eligibility Criteria

1. Rural people will be given ownership records as proof of owning the land.
2. Those who are using populated land on or after September 25, 2018, will be allotted the following land, for which they will be eligible to get land ownership records.
3.  Under this Yojana, Villagers will get records and ownership certificates of Possession of their property.
